Gerardo Alexander Paniagua, known as “El Gallero”, was linked to criminal proceedings for murder this Wednesday, February 26, as the Public Ministry (MP) points out of having finalized in 2017 the lawyer Sindy Paz commissioned by her white cousin Edelmira Saravia Recinos, who sought a curl in Congress with the Value Party.
The investigation details that “El Gallero” would have participated in the crime against Paz, which occurred on May 8, 2017 in zone 2 of the capital.
The resolution was issued by Judge Abelina Cruz, head of the Court of greatest risk D.
The Prosecutor’s Office notes that “El Gallero” was hired by the former candidate for deputy of the Valor Party, Blanca Edelmira Saravia Recinos, to finalize her Sindy Paz cousin.
The defendant’s defense requested that the case under reservation be declared, but the judge rejected the petition.
The judge gave the MP a two -month period to expand the investigation and set a hearing for next May 9.
