Magical literature will be the protagonist of Filgua 2026 this Thursday, July 16, when Hogwarts Night will be celebrated with storytelling, a magic wand workshop and a concert that will close the day.
The Majadas Forum, in zone 11 of Guatemala City, will be the meeting point where lovers of JK Rowling’s literature will meet to share and praise their favorite houses.
In addition, this day offers a varied program that celebrates literature. Between talks, workshops and special activities for children, Filgua offers young and old options to learn, have fun and celebrate reading.
With 150 stands and a pavilion dedicated to the guest country, Germany, the Guatemala International Book Fair invites the public to explore new readings. From activities to commemorate the Peace Accords to events such as Museum in Motion: Between stories, science and games and the screening of a German film, these are the activities scheduled for this Thursday.
