After the promotion was completed, the San Pedro Municipal Stadium underwent remodeling and improvement work to comply. For several weeks there was uncertainty about whether the venue would be ready for the start of the 2026 Apertura Tournament. However, the club’s board of directors cleared up doubts by reporting, through their social networks, that the sports venue will be available to host the team’s long-awaited debut in the top category.
