The National Civil Police (PNC) reported that a woman and her three children were captured in the San Carlos neighborhood, San Pedro Yepocapa, Chimaltenango.
The detainees, on the night of Wednesday, April 16, are: Marta “N”, 64; Marvin “N”, 20; José “N”, 23, and Lesvia “N”, 36.
They are syndicated from the crimes of abuse against minors and minor injuries, according to the orders turned on February 7 and 11 of this year by a court of Escuintla, said the PNC.
Another capture
In another fact, the PNC reported on April 17 that, in the La Church neighborhood, Barberena, Santa Rosa, was captured José “N”, 56, syndicated with three crimes.
The detainee is pointed out of two crimes of sexual aggression with aggravation of the penalty and one of rape with aggravation of the penalty, according to a town court, said the PNC.
According to researchers, this capture was followed by a case in which the now captured is syndicated to sexually assault and abuse a child under 13, made in 2023 in the La Unión neighborhood, Santa Rosa.
