The Prosecutor’s Office investigates a possible rivalry between criminal gangs in the armed attack that left a dead man on the alternate route to the south (vas), where hitmen left a manuscript.

The Municipal Prosecutor of Villa Canales investigates an armed attack registered on the night of Monday, May 5 in La Vas, which leads from said municipality to the road to El Salvador.
As a result of the attack, the body of Roberto Antonio Rosales Morales, 35, who died from multiple gunshot wounds was located in a vehicle.
In accordance with the preliminary information, the attack would have started at kilometer 12.1 of that route. The fiscal staff and technicians in criminal investigations, when processing the scene, collected nine ballistic indications.
According to the investigations, the vehicle stopped a hundred meters ahead when falling into a gutter. Other indications were also located in that place, including eight caps and a handwritten note with a kind of threat.
The Prosecutor’s Office continues with proceedings with the purpose of individualizing those responsible for the fact and works on various hypotheses. One of them says that the attack was derived from a possible confrontation between criminal structures; However, as the investigations progress, this research line will be confirmed or discarded.
