Traffic Department developed operational in zone 13 of the capital, where it prevented clandestine races.
The Traffic Department of the National Civil Police reported that on Sunday night March 2 suspended the Exhibition of modified vehicles and clandestine racing development.
He added that the action was developed in the 7th Avenue in Zone 13 of the capital.
“The timely police action allowed to neutralize and dissolve the exhibition of more than 70 vehicles located on public roads,” Traffic added.
He said that as a result of the operation they consigned driving licenses.
They also imposed fines for various infractions to the Traffic Law and its regulations.
In addition, he informed that on Sunday morning he carried out an inter-institutional operation at kilometer 72 of the CA-1 West route, Chimaltenango.
How result imposed 111 fines for different infractions to traffic regulations, including not carrying or not having a driver’s license, carrying circulation plates in unauthorized places and by devices that cause sounds or strident noises.
