Expo Pan Pizza and pastry 2025, the platform designed for learning, growth and innovation of the sector, brought together for the first time in Guatemala (third in Central America), to the leading brands and experts of the industry to share innovative technological advances, experiences and trends.
The event organized by Modern Mills with the support of Multi Investment Corporation (CMI), was recently held at the Tikal Futura Convention Center, where attendees could enjoy an attractive experience of learning, innovation and discovery of the latest trends and products that are marking the course of the bakery, pastry and pizza industry in the region.
This year, a wide and varied exhibition was presented, with more than 150 stands of our sponsors and 60 national and international exhibitors. Allowing attendees to discover the latest in technology, supplies and trends that are revolutionizing the sector.

“This event represents a great opportunity to strengthen the industry and encourage the exchange of knowledge among the attendees, allowing everyone to know the latest trends and solutions in the sector,” said Raquel Mishaan, modern mill brand manager.
During the two days of the exhibition, it could be accessed to a variety of activities, such as demonstrative classes, discussion forums and master presentations by chefs and experts from El Caribbean, Mexico, Colombia and Central America, among which chef Fabian Solano and renowned chocolate, chef José Ramón Castillo stand out.

Manufacturers and distributors of machinery and equipment, suppliers of raw materials and ingredients, were also present at the Expo, as well as technology and services related to bakery. Attendees knew the most innovative products and the most advanced solutions for the industry, being a great opportunity for professionals and entrepreneurs of the gastronomic industry, as well as for the general public, who will enjoy an educational and networking experience.
