The Guatemalan mountaineer, highlighted by completing the world trilogy, Jaime Viñals, seeks to add a new Guinness World Records, the rise of Guatemala volcanoes in less time, with the support of Micoo Cooperatives, as the main sponsor.

This new adventure has already begun two days ago, the Viñals project is to conquer the summits of the 14 highest volcanoes in Guatemala, with the great challenge of doing in the shortest possible time.
“Guinness World Records opened a special category for this occasion, thanks to the support and accompaniment of Hormigo Movement who have had experience in the work of relationship and conviction with the representatives of the World Authority regarding records, for other records in Guatemala. My challenge is to ascend the fourte years.
The exit flag was in the Tacaná volcano, followed by the Tajumulco and the seven ears volcano. As of today, Santa María, Cerro Quemado, Zunil and Santo Tomás (Pecul) continues, and then moved to Totonicapán to ascend to the Cxliquel volcano. Subsequently, it will complete its tour in the departments of Sololá, Chimaltenango and Sacatepéquez, culminating with the water volcano, on April 7.
