Protesters withdraw blocking on Elena Avenue and now manifest in the perimeter of the Congress building.

The Municipal Traffic Police (PMT) of the capital reported that the demonstration of health personnel was mobilized from Elena Avenue and 9 street, zone 1.
He added that the protesters began to move and advance on the 9th street towards Congress.
Health trade unionists indicated that they could block several points of the city if they do not receive a clear response to their salary increase requests.
In addition, they warned that actions are being programmed at the national level if they are not attended by the corresponding authorities.
Amílcar Montejo, road spokesman of the PMT, reported that the demonstration temporarily affected traffic in the peripheral ring.
He added that line 1 of the transmetro changed its journey through the mobilization in the 8 avenue and 9 street, behind the Congress building.
According to Montejo, mobility is affected from 8 avenue, from Congress to Isabel the Catholic Park.
Alternate routes
Montejo indicated that motorists who are scheduled to circulate along the street located behind the Congress building can use the 2nd, 4th, 10th and 12 Avenue routes.
