Luis Marvin Crespin Ruiz, 47, agreed to be extradited to Costa Rica. The justice of that country requires it for having entered money from illicit origin.

Before the Third Criminal Court, Crespin agreed to face the Costa Rican justice. According to the Public Ministry, Costa Rica would have entered money that was the product of illegal activities.

During the hearing, the defense lawyer indicated that the Guatemalan had already been prosecuted for the same crime in that country, but that a judge issued a lack of merit.
