An alleged rapist was arrested by agents of the National Civil Police (PNC) in the Morazán village, Nuevo San Carlos, Retalhuleu.
The PNC reported that José “N”, 57, aka “Chepe Gordo”, was captured on Wednesday, April 9, in compliance with an arrest warrant issued by a local court since April 1, 2025, syndicated of the crime of rape with aggravation of the penalty.
The authorities detailed that the detainee has a history for the special case crimes of continued fraud, aggravated usurpation and rape with aggravation of the penalty.
