The National Registry of Persons (RENAP) announced the care schedules that their offices will have at the national scale during the Holy Week rule.
According to a statement issued this Friday, April 11, the RENAP reported that the offices will remain closed from April 14 to 18, 2025.
The document details that the suspension of work is based on article 21, literal a), of the collective pact of working conditions.
The work will resume on Monday, April 21.
Online services will be available through the Electronic Services Portal (Eportal.renap.gob.gt) and the RENAP SE Mobile application, where users can request certifications, issue documents with a legalized signature and manage the replacement of the DPI.
In addition, it was indicated that the office located on 11th 5-59, zone 9 capital, will attend at its usual 24-hour schedule.
