Authorities make cateos in Retalhuleu and report catches and confiscation of illicit.

The National Civil Police (PNC) reported that on Tuesday, April 15, investigators make four raids in zones 2 and 3 of the city of Retalhuleu.
He added that the proceedings are carried out in monitoring of cases related to drug trafficking.
He indicated that, in a preliminary way, the capture of three people is reported, as well as the seizure of money, drugs and a firearm.
For its part, the Public Prosecutor’s Office (MP) reported that the Retalhuleu District Prosecutor’s Office also participates in the drilling, inspection, registration and kidnapping of evidence in four properties.
In one of them an altar to the holy death was located.
In another case, the MP reported on cateos made against extortion in Mixco, Esperanza and in Zone 5 of Quetzaltenango. According to the preliminary report, ammunition, weapons, motorcycles with theft and alleged marijuana report have been located.
