The National Civil Police (PNC) reported on Wednesday, April 16 that captured William “N”, 23, in the San Juan El Paraíso plot, Puerto San José, Escuintla.
According to the PNC, the detainee was surprised in flagrancy in the scene of a double homicide, while gathering gunshots.
He added that, when making a superficial record, nine caps seized him.
“The Public Prosecutor’s Office made the respective atomic absorption to verify its participation in the fact,” said the PNC.
It is presumed that the apprehended is an accomplice of the subjects who committed the armed attack and returned to the place to disappear evidence, the institution added.
In the event two men aged 25 and 27, according to the report.
In addition, a gun and a telephone was located at the crime scene, which will be analyzed to strengthen the investigation.
