On May 17 and 18, in Hall 9 of the Industry Park from 9:00 in the morning, Guatemalan families will have access to the best housing options so that you acquire your own home, at the Housing Fair for all, where the main developers of the country will be gathered, who will present and promote their housing projects in the metropolitan area and department of Guatemala.

This is the first edition of this event promoted by the Central American Association for Housing (Acenvi), where visitors can enjoy a family atmosphere with music, food, children’s games, awards and much more to share, the entrance is free.
Housing is a fundamental element for the lives of people and communities, since it impacts multiple aspects: health, economy, work, education and environment.
“We are inviting the entire Guatemalan population that as a family they can accompany us to the first housing fair for all, we have called it that because what we want is to give housing solutions such as house, apartment, construction, improvements and extensions, accessible quotas for everyone. Now you can have a home at hand, practically with the minimum income, of a minimum wage,” said Gerber Revolorio, president of Acenvi.
Since 1999, Acenvi’s commitment has been to promote the development of housing to contribute to the solution of the housing problem in Guatemala, looking for opportunities that facilitate access to decent housing, through institutional relations of the entities and organizations of housing financing. Currently, approximately 11.7% of Guatemalan households do not cover their basic housing need.
“As sponsors of the event we are looking to boost the background of my first home, the credits that we are currently working with the Government are giving rates of 5% and 5.5%, with deadlines of up to 40 years. Something that no bank can offer today, the idea is that it can be during the full period of the client, so that more people have the opportunity to qualify their credit,” said Guillermo López, Housing Manager CHN.
