International media confirm this May 13 the death of Uruguayan former president José “Pepe” Mujica.

The ex -president crossed the terminal phase of a esophagus cancer for which he was receiving palliative care.

In January, Mujica revealed that cancer had spread over his body and that, at 89, he would not do more treatments.
