Jorge Chichilla, forecast of the National Institute of Seismology, Volcanology, Meteorology and Hydrology (Insivumeh), reported that during the last 24 hours the entry of moisture from the Pacific Ocean has originated cloudiness accompanied by rains with electrical activity over the West, the Bocacosta, the central highlands and the valleys of the East.
He added that in some parts of the country hail fall; In addition, in certain sectors high temperatures and the presence of mist.
He indicated that this Wednesday, May 14, moisture entry will continue, as well as high temperatures, which will promote the development of cloudiness accompanied by rains in the national territory.
The largest accumulated rainfall, the West, the Central Altiplano and the Valleys of the East are foreseen.
In addition, local rains are not ruled out in the rest of the country.
High temperatures are expected in the Pacific regions, the Bocacosta, the valleys of the East, the North and the Caribbean.
The coolest temperatures will be recorded in the highest places in the West, the cross -section of the north and the central highlands.
