A teenager died overwhelmed by a bus on the route to El Salvador.
The volunteer firefighters reported that this Thursday, June 19, a 15 -year -old teenager was hit by a bus at the Auxiliary lane of kilometer 15 of the road to El Salvador.
Paramedics carried out the corresponding evaluation and found that the victim had died due to the seriousness of the accident.
According to firefighters, the deceased was identified by his relatives as Walter Eduardo Súmale Fajardo.
The body of the child was lying in the middle of the auxiliary lane and the details about how the tragedy occurred.
Other mishaps
The departmental municipal firefighters reported that, at kilometer 134 of the route between the meetings, Sololá, and Quiché, a heavy transport vehicle overturned for reasons not yet established.
They indicated that they provided prehospital care to two injured people and transferred them to the emergence of the National Hospital of Sololá.
Meanwhile, at kilometer 196 of the Route to Pacific there was a traffic accident between two trucks. Three people were injured and were transferred to the National Hospital of Coatepeque.
