A woman died and another was injured, after an agricultural truck was embedded in the back of a truck on the Palín-Secuintla highway.

One woman died and another was injured in a traffic accident that occurred this Saturday, July 5, at kilometer 49 of the Palín-Secuintla highway.
The accident was recorded when an agricultural truck collided with the rear of a truck, the volunteer firefighters reported.
The lifeguards worked for several minutes to rescue the injured woman, who remained trapped among the twisted irons of the vehicle. To release it, they used hydraulic equipment, since the car was totally destroyed.
Subsequently, the victim was transferred to a health center, while another woman died at the scene.
So far, the authorities have not determined the causes of the accident, but urged motorists to drive with caution on the different routes of the country.
The victims have not yet been identified.
