Uruguayan Diego Casas finished second with 14 goals and Guatemalan William Jehú Fajardo finished third with 11.
Martínez was not called up on the last day of the tournament when Mixco faced Municipal, but his position at the top was never in danger since his closest pursuer, Casas, also did not play the closing of the championship with Marquense due to an accumulation of cards.
The Argentine demonstrated admirable consistency throughout the regular phase, appearing in key moments and showing the scoring instinct that has characterized him since his arrival in Chapín football.
