Amílcar Montejo, road spokesman for the Municipal Traffic Police (PMT), reported on an armed attack recorded this Wednesday, April 29, on Liberación Boulevard and 10th Avenue, zone 13.
He added that, in that place, individuals traveling on a motorcycle shot at the driver of a pick-up truck.
He indicated that the attackers fled the area after the shots were fired and that the driver was unharmed as he took refuge in the floor of the vehicle.
He added that the car was left with bullet holes. The motive for the attack is unknown.
What happened affects vehicular mobility in the right lane in front of the La Aurora Zoo.
Montejo reported that there is a vehicle closure in the area so that the corresponding authorities can carry out legal proceedings.
