The Revolutionary Guard of Iran stated this Sunday, May 3, that the president donald trump, It has limited room for maneuver in the face of the bilateral crisis and must choose between an “impossible” military operation or a “bad agreement” with the Islamic Republic.
Through a message broadcast on the X social network, the Iranian military organization maintained that Washington’s options have been reduced amid the diplomatic stalemate.
According to the statement, Tehran has already sent a peace proposal to the White House, a document that Trump assured he will review soon, although he said that “he cannot imagine that it will be acceptable.”

Iranian proposal raises 14 points
According to the agency Tasnimlinked to the Revolutionary Guard, Iran presented an initiative 14 points through Pakistanwhich acts as a mediating country.
The plan seeks to put definitive end to the conflict that began on February 28which remains under a truce extended indefinitely to facilitate negotiations.
Among the main Iranian demands that have been made public are:
- Guarantees of non-military aggression.
- Withdrawal of US forces in the Iranian environment.
- Lifting of the naval blockade.
- Release of frozen Iranian assets.
- Payment of economic compensation.
- End of international sanctions.
- Cessation of hostilities on all fronts, including Lebanon.
- New control mechanism in the Strait of Hormuz.

Negotiations continue without progress
On April 7, both nations agreed to a temporary truce. From there, officials from Iran and USA held high-level meetings in Islamabad on April 11 and 12, but they did not reach consensus to close the conflict.
Since then, both sides have not resumed formal talks, although indirect exchanges of diplomatic messages continue.
