Britney Spears is back in the eye of the world. He appeared in public after a chaotic incident in a restaurant generated concern among those who were there.
The “Princess of Pop” was photographed on the afternoon of Thursday, May 14, leaving the Paw Works pet store in Thousand Oaks, California, climbing into the passenger seat of a car as a driver drove by. Britney seemed nonchalant during the outing, even putting her feet up on the board, TMZ says.
“This is the first time Britney has been seen since we broke the story that the singer caused a chaotic scene Wednesday night at the Blue Dog Tavern in Sherman Oaks,” says the entertainment site.
“Some customers claimed that Britney was yelling loudly, barking and acting erratically while dining with her assistant and bodyguard. One witness claimed that Britney walked near the tables holding a knife, which made nearby customers nervous,” TMZ describes.
The artist’s team insists that this went out of context. “Britney was enjoying a quiet dinner with her assistant and bodyguard” and was simply telling a story about how her dog was barking at the neighbors, they said.
The representative also denied these actions by Spears.
