The Ministry of the Interior (Mingob) confirmed this Tuesday, May 19, that Felipe Sánchez resigned a few days ago from the position of Administrative Vice Minister.
He added that Kelvin René Aguilar Menéndez was appointed to replace him in the position.
Sánchez was appointed on January 15, 2024 by the then Minister of the Interior Francisco Jiménez.
On that occasion, Jiménez said that the presentation of the vice ministers was the starting signal for work in that ministry and that they would assume the commitments that the Government made to the population in the different areas of its competence.
According to Mingob, Aguilar Menéndez will be in charge of administrative processes in the Interior portfolio.
