The Student of the University of San Carlos of Guatemala will commemorate its 56 years of experience with a special anniversary concert, open to the public and with free admission.
Through their social networks, the group invited the population to join them in this celebration.
“Let’s celebrate together the anniversary of the Estudiantetina of the University of San Carlos of Guatemala! Join us to enjoy an unforgettable concert full of talent and tradition. It will be an honor to have your presence!” they expressed.
The presentation will take place on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., at the “Germán Alcántara” National Conservatory of Musiclocated on 3rd avenue 4-61, zone 1 of Guatemala City.
The group also remembered the legacy built over more than half a century of history.
“56 years making history! From that June 6, 1970 until 2026, the Estudiantestina of the University of San Carlos of Guatemala has carried the soul, music and traditions of our country in every note. We want to thank each of you, our friends and beloved audience, for joining us on this eternal journey full of folklore and passion,” they shared in another publication.
The concert seeks to bring together old followers and new audiences to celebrate a trajectory marked by the dissemination of folklore, traditional music and Guatemalan culture.
