People looking to buy a home or learn about the financing options available will be able to do so during Expocasa 2026, a fair that will bring together real estate developers, banks, the Housing Fund (FHA) and companies linked to the construction sector.

The Guatemalan Chamber of Construction (CGIC) reported that The activity will take place from July 24 to 26 at Fórum Majadas, where more than 70 housing projects will participate and more than six thousand people are expected to visit. Admission will be free.

As part of the news of this edition, the organization announced that will teach workshops led by banks to guide attendees in making financial decisions related to the purchase of a home. In addition, there will be specialized advice, family activities and an Aerometer information booth.

“Every year we seek to innovate to offer a better experience to visitors and exhibitors. This edition will have workshops given by banks to make better financial decisions, a family agenda with activities for all ages and an Aerometer booth,” explained Hugo Bosque, president of the Expocasa 2026 Organizing Committee.
