A traveling children’s library will arrive this weekend on Sixth Avenue in zone 1with the aim of bringing books to children and families through free activities and games that promote reading and imagination.
The Open Library: Reading Childhoods will be installed this Saturday, July 25, starting at 11:30 a.m.on Sixth Avenue in zone 1, in front of the Lux Theater building, 6th avenue 11-02, zone 1, Guatemala City.
The day will feature the participation of Guatemalan storyteller Édgar Molina, known as “El Pollo,” who will offer an oral storytelling session and other activities for children.
“A plan to read together, imagine and spend a different Saturday. Come read, listen to stories and meet new stories in the heart of the Historic Center“, invites the Cultural Center of Spain in Guatemala through its social networks.
