Guilty or innocent? Fifth Column puts back on the table or, rather, on the stage, the great question that gives life to its acclaimed play. 12 men in conflict.

According to the synopsis, The story follows eleven jurors who believe they have the answer, but only one decides to question it. What follows is an intense duel between reason, prejudice and the search for truth.

This is the second season. 12 men in conflict talks about a very strong case: a boy who supposedly kills his father. The story revolves around a jury that must deliberate whether the young man is guilty or innocent. They have already heard the case and that is the time when they meet in a room to decide. It is the last decision they are going to make,” says director Elma Ramírez.

The play will be presented from July 31 to August 29, on Fridays at 8:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 8 p.m., at the Dick Smith Theater of the Guatemalan American Institute (IGA), Route 1, 4-05, zone 4, Guatemala City.

Tickets have a value of Q250 for the box and Q300 for the stalls. They can be purchased at https://bit.ly/12HombresEnPugnaTicketGT.

“The audience is always amazed by this play, not only because of the excellent acting, but also because of the drama that takes them to the climax in such a well-aligned way. It really is a very beautiful play, because it discovers the inner nature of each human being,” adds Ramírez.
