A teenager who headed to a school was attacked by a subject in the historic center and the aggression was documented by video surveillance cameras.

A 15 -year -old student was the victim of an aggression this Tuesday, March 4, when a subject intercepted her step when she went to school and threw her on a blind in what is presumed was an assault attempt.
The incident occurred at about 6.29 on Monday at the 9th. 8-40 Street in Zone 1, in the Historic Center of the City of Guatemala, where a video surveillance camera document the attack.
In the recording that was disseminated on social networks, it is observed how the child realizes the presence of the subject and then this is poured on it and with use of force the pull from one side to another, until a motorist stops and the man escapes the place.
Minutes later the aggressor was captured by agents of the National Civil Police (PNC) who give security in the Congress of the Republic.
Witnesses of the incident reported that it did not seem an assault but rather an attempt to kidnapping, because apparently the aggressor descended from a vehicle that parked near the place seen in the recording.
The PNC reported that the detainee was identified as Julio Emanuel “G”, 22, who appears an antecedent for an attack.
The arrest was made for possible sexual aggression.
