According to what they indicated, the phenomenon was observed in several points, including zones 11 and 12 of the capital.
Witnesses indicated that the whirlpool continued for a few seconds and dissolved when it hit the ground.
The phenomenon occurred on a rainy afternoon in the metropolitan area.
