In San Vicente Pacaya, Escuintla, disturbances have been recorded after the kidnapping of a baby.

The National Civil Police (PNC) reported on Wednesday, April 2 that agent Rudy Noél Cardona Sigüenza died from the incidents registered in San Vicente Pacaya, Escuintla.
The police institution communicated the death through a scheme published on social networks.
According to the PNC, the situation was tense on Tuesday night in the aforementioned municipality, where, in follow -up to the kidnapping of a 2 -month -old baby, inflamed settlers physically attacked the alleged perpetrator.
Héctor “N”, 23, suspected of the fact, was delivered to the PNC for its consignment, after being beaten.
The police report added that a mob sought to lynch the suspect, but the agents explained to the people the legal scopes of such a situation.
The child was rescued healthy and saved by agents of the PNC and, subsequently, delivered to her parent.
Researchers still work to find a second responsible assumption, who fled.
According to local media, during the night the situation continued tense. The mob burned a PNC patrol and gun detonations were heard.
