A video circulating on social networks shows the moment when an argument ends in a shootout last April 2.
The material shows the moment of a coexistence that later turns into a discussion, after which two men take out their weapons and shoot each other.
The incident occurred in zone 7 of Chiquimula in front of several witnesses, including a girl, who also shared a home.
As a result of the armed incident, One man died at the scene and another was injured.
A day later, on April 3, the Public Ministry (MP) reported that Jerson L. had been captured for the incident and that several procedures related to the attack were carried out.
According to the Prosecutor’s Office, “two pistols, three magazines with 64 cartridges, 26 firearm casings, a cell phone were seized and security camera recordings, “indications that will be subjected to the corresponding expert analysis.”
