Two minors were referred to the respective court, accused of having participated in armed events, during a series of raids carried out this Friday, April 17 in zone 16 of the capital.
Investigators from the Crimes against Life Unit of the Specialized Criminal Investigation Division (DEIC), in coordination with prosecutors from the Public Ministry (MP), carried out nine procedures in the San Gaspar 1, San Gaspar 2 and Santa Rosita neighborhoods, zone 16, in pursuit of armed attacks, reported the National Civil Police (PNC).
As a result, the authorities referred two teenagers, ages 14 and 17, accused of attempted murder.
During the operations, a pistol was also located, as well as caps, vests with insignia similar to those of the PNC, and balaclava hats.
Investigations continue to determine the possible participation of other people in the events.
The authorities did not report what facts are being investigated in this case.
