The lifeless body of a man was located this Friday, April 17, at kilometer 40 of the San José Pinula highway towards Palencia, where it was abandoned wrapped in sheets and accompanied by a manuscript with threats.
People passing by the place alerted the authorities about the discovery, which occurred on the side of the road. Agents from the National Civil Police (PNC) went to the scene, who cordoned off the area to protect the scene.
According to preliminary information released by local media, the victim has not been identified and a handwritten message with threats directed at other people was found next to the body, which suggests that the incident could be linked to reprisals; However, investigations will determine the causes.
