The route is on the 7th. Avenue, crossing at the National Palace of Culture and looking for 6a. Avenue in front of the Portal de la Sexta. We will look for the Torre del Reformador and Plazuela España to find our way back.

From Thursday, April 23, there will be an Expo at different times at Fórum Majadas, zone 11 to collect numbers, different promotional items and have interactions with participating brands.

In addition to warming up beforehand, hydration before and during the race is vital. It is recommended to take care of your diet prior to the event (enough complex carbohydrates to have the necessary energy), as well as the necessary rest (minimum of 7 hours). Limit the consumption of alcoholic beverages to a minimum the days before the race.

It is advisable to run with a heart monitor and try not to exceed the maximum heart rate for too long, following the Karvonen formula.
