During this period, the company strengthened its operation under principles of efficiency, innovation and responsibility, achieving that more than 57% of its inputs come from recycled materials, mobilizing more than 2.1 million metric tons and reaching an 88% organizational climate, accompanied by more than 14 thousand hours of training for its collaborators. These results are complemented by the incorporation of tools such as artificial intelligence to optimize processes, improve security and reduce incidents, reflecting increasingly efficient, measurable and people-centered management.
The year 2025 represented a turning point in the history of Grupo AG, it was a period in which the organization consolidated operational, financial and sustainability advances, while taking a decisive step in its regional expansion process, positioning itself in a new phase of growth with impact beyond its borders.
During this year, the company integrated operations in Costa Rica, Ecuador and Venezuela, evolving towards an industrial and innovative ecosystem with a footprint that connects Central America with northern South America. This growth responds to a strategic decision to scale a proven model, taking its way of operating to new markets and amplifying its impact in the region.
“Today, this growth translates into a direct and indirect impact on more than 81 million stories. More than a figure, this reach represents the potential to transform realities, generate opportunities and contribute to the development of a more integrated and prosperous region,” said Rodrigo Gabriel, General Manager of Grupo AG.

At the same time, Grupo AG presented its Responsible Business Conduct Manifesto, a declaration that establishes the principles under which it will operate in each country where it has a presence. Developed with the support of CentraRSE, this manifesto was officially delivered to the ambassadors of the countries where the company operates, in an act that transcends protocol and positions the organization as a benchmark for corporate diplomacy in the region.
Through this document, Grupo AG commits to operate with absolute integrity and zero tolerance for corruption, respect the identity and laws of each country, develop its operations within the limits of the planet and generate shared value through decent employment, social investment and strengthening value chains. Likewise, it prioritizes the safety, well-being and development of people as the central axis of its organizational culture.

As part of the event, the panel “Guatemala ready for the world: capabilities and strengths to invest abroad” was held, which brought together representatives of the public and private sectors, including Álvaro González Ricci, President of the Bank of Guatemala; Julio Orozco, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs and Gabriela Roca, Director of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability of Grupo AG; where they talked about the challenges and opportunities to promote sustainable growth from Guatemala to the region, highlighting the importance of placing people at the center of development, strengthening transparency and moving towards models that allow growth within the limits of the planet.

“Horizon of a legacy” thus summarizes the evolution of Grupo AG: an organization that starts from concrete results, scales its impact at a regional level and formalizes its commitment to do so under standards that transcend borders. More than a report, it is a statement of how the company has decided to grow and the role it seeks to play in the sustainable development of the region.
