A seventh corpse was found this Monday near the train tracks in County Bexar (Texas), which is believed to be part of the group of six people found dead inside a freight caraccording to authorities.
The County Sheriff BexarJavier Salazar, explained to the press that it is a Mexican resident which is believed to be linked to the bodies found on a train in Laredo this Sunday.
The authorities linked the find today with the bodies found by the Police Department Laredoafter responding to an emergency call from a rail yard worker who found the lifeless immigrants.
Five of the victims found in Laredo would have died for hyperthermiaaccording to information from the Webb County Medical Examiner’s Office cited by KSAT television.
The authorities still they have not published the identity of the people who died in the wagonbut they revealed that it is five men and one woman. There would be a under-age within the group of six deceased.
“We are waiting for more details to notify the families of the victims, we don’t have nationalities yet or the names,” José Espinoza, the official in charge of public information, told EFE. However, it is believed that the majority are mexicans.
