Marvel Studios and Disney+ present Frank Castle now in the special The Punisher: One Last Killin Spanish The Punisher: The Last Death.

The special will be available on Disney+. It will be released under the “Marvel Studios Special Presentation” label, the same format previously used in titles such as Werewolf at night.

Born in Queens, New York, to Sicilian immigrant parents, Frank Castiglione—later known as Castle—was headed toward the priesthood and piety. Disillusioned by the amount of evil he witnessed in the world, he left the seminary, convinced that there can be no forgiveness without punishment. Determined to make his mark on the world, he joined the United States Marine Corps and Navy Seals. After four tours of duty, Castle received numerous awards for his sacrifice and dedication to his country. Eventually, Frank was able to settle down and enjoy time with his wife Maria, daughter Lisa, and son Frank Jr. But their lives changed forever when tragedy struck during a picnic in Central Park, Manhattan.

Frank Castle was an honest ex-Marine with a family he loved. But when that family was murdered, he became a vigilante with a brutal and unique form of justice.

After the police investigation into his family’s death was infiltrated by the same criminals who committed the crime, Castle realized that not all who do evil receive the punishment they deserve. Frank decided to pursue not only the criminals who participated in the murder of his family, but also those who try to evade the law and justice. Hungry for revenge for the deaths of his loved ones, Castle set out, as the vigilante known as the Punisher, to ensure that all criminals were punished for their misdeeds.

The story takes the protagonist several years after the events of his last appearance. Frank Castle has tried to live a low-key life, but the rise of a criminal empire led by the ruthless Ma Gnucci forces him out of retirement.

This project is under the direction of Reinaldo Marcus Green; the script is written by Jon Bernthal and Reinaldo Marcus Green.
