Woman captured in Mixco will be investigated for allegedly shooting in the air without just cause.

The Mixco Municipal Prosecutor’s Office presented sufficient rational indications before the Court of First Criminal Instance, Narcoactivity and Crimes against the Environment of Mixco to resolve to issue a processing car against Habibi Sugeid Díaz Rodríguez, the Public Ministry reported on Monday.
The aforementioned will be investigated for the crimes of illegal carrying of a civil and/or sports gun, and own cover -up, according to the investigating entity.
Díaz Rodríguez was captured on Sunday, April 6 on a community property, zone 10 of Mixcohe added.
According to the MP, the arrest was given after a complaint indicating that she would have shot in the air without just cause.
The judge granted him substitute measures, among these, the prohibition of attending Jaripeo activities during the criminal process.
According to the National Civil Police report, a gun was seized with theft report of October 10, 2014.
