The National Civil Police (PNC) reported this Thursday, May 21, that four people were captured in Zacapa for different crimes.
In the village of El Zompopero, Zacapa, police captured cousins Melvin “N”, 36, and Sergio “N”, 32, from whom they seized two pistols that they were carrying illegally.
Meanwhile, in Teculután, agents from Police Station 24 arrested Rudy “N”, 41 years old, in compliance with an arrest warrant for the crime of attempted homicide.
On the route to the village La Palmilla, Usumatlán, they detained Evelyn “N”, 23 years old.
The captured person is charged with the crime of special cases of fraud and is wanted by a court in Flores, Petén.
The PNC also reported that in the village of San Diego, La Libertad, Petén, they captured Mario “N”, 50 years old, who was driving in a pick-up truck with a report of theft.

In addition, investigators reported that in the Ixobel neighborhood, Poptún, Petén, they captured Joaquín “N”, 65 years old, accused of the crime of attacking the natural and cultural heritage of the Nation.
