Sean “Diddy” Combs faces sexual abuse allegations again after lawsuit filed in California

The victim filed the complaint anonymously in a California court, and in it accuses the artist of sexually assaulting him during a networking event in Hollywood Hills (Los Angeles), according to ABC News, which has had access to the document.

According to the lawsuit, Combs offered the actor, then a minor, an alcoholic drink and told him that he wanted to talk to him “privately” about possible projects in which he could participate.

The artist then allegedly took him to a secluded place and began touching him inappropriately, despite the plaintiff’s rejection.

“Combs pulled down his pants and boxers and began caressing his genitals while touching himself. Then, he proceeded to perform oral sex on him,” says the victim’s legal team.

“Combs’ conduct was intended to terrify him and cause him emotional distress. This attack was so extreme that it exceeded the limits of decency and is considered intolerable by civilized society,” he emphasizes.

Juda Engelmayer, Combs’ representative, denied the allegations and told ABC News that the plaintiff “is just another detractor in a long line of people trying to jump on the bandwagon of easy profits.”

“Combs has never assaulted anyone, and that includes any minor,” Engelmayer said.

The defendants also include the actor’s former agents, whom he accuses of failing to protect him by not ensuring that he was accompanied by his legal guardians and “that he was not left alone with people in the industry in private rooms or secluded areas.”

These new accusations add to a long list of civil lawsuits filed against Combs since 2023.

The 56-year-old artist is serving a sentence of more than four years in prison after being convicted in 2025 for two crimes of transportation to engage in prostitution.

The music producer and businessman was also exonerated of the most serious crimes he faced, sex trafficking and organized crime, after a two-month trial.

The Prosecutor’s Office accused Diddy of forcing his now ex-girlfriends to have marathon encounters with male sex workers that usually included the consumption of drugs, such as ecstasy or ketamine, and that could last for days.
