According to the Insivumeh forecast, for this Wednesday, June 17, the atmospheric conditions are favorable for the formation of severe local storms, with abundant rain, strong wind and possible hail, especially in mountainous sectors.
Forecaster Ana Pérez explained that the circulation of the wind and the entry of humidity from the Pacific Ocean will favor the presence of rain during the afternoon and night.
He indicated that warm temperatures are also expected to continue in most of the national territory.
The monitoring reflects accumulated high rainfall in the west, the central highlands and the bocacosta.
The highest maximum temperatures will be recorded in the north and south of the country. In the west, maximum temperatures could range between 24 and 26 degrees, and in the central highlands, between 26 and 28.
