Rockstar Games revealed the official cover of Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA VI)one of the most anticipated video games of the last decade, which will be available for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
The image shows a collage of action scenes in an environment reminiscent of South Florida. It features motorcycle chases, a crocodile emerging from the water, a sports vehicle with scissor doors, and a boat that moves at full speed.
The composition also shows several characters, including the two protagonists of the game, Jason Duval and Lucía Caminos, who appear in the center, as well as the classic logo of the franchise accompanied by the Roman numeral VI.
The official launch of the video game is scheduled for November 19, 2026. However, it can be reserved starting June 25.
“Pre-orders for Grand Theft Auto VI will begin on digital platforms and in select stores,” the company explained, without providing details on the price.
Rockstar Games also announced that GTA owners on PS4 and Xbox One will be able to upgrade their version to the format for next-gen consoles for free starting June 18, the date the cover was revealed.
The new video game follows the adventures of Jason Duval and Lucía Caminos in Vice City, a city inspired by Miami. The first trailer was presented in December 2023 and its launch was scheduled for 2025; However, it was rescheduled for May 2026 and, later, for November 19 of that same year.
