Denis Esteban Gutiérrez Castellón, of Honduran nationality, and Valeria Lisette Aragón Rivas were accused on June 26 by the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic of El Salvador of the crimes of fraud, threats and illegal fundraising through a false digital investment for US$350 thousand.
