What will the weather be like in Guatemala? Heat and rain are forecast between July 6 and 10

Guatemala will register heat and the possibility of rain from Monday, July 6 to Friday, July 10, according to the Insivumeh forecast.

Morning fog is expected in some areas, a warm and humid environment, with possible drizzle and/or rain with electrical activity in the afternoon and evening.

The rains expected for this week are associated with local conditions, the passage of eastern waves and instability in the Pacific, due to the entry of humidity from both coasts and high temperatures.

On the central plateau, which includes the capital, fog is expected in the morning and little cloudiness alternating with partly cloudy, warm and humid conditions.

The increase and development of cloudiness is also expected in the afternoon and night, with the presence of drizzles and/or scattered rains with electrical activity. The wind will blow from the northeast, light to moderate, with the possibility of changing to the south in the afternoon. In the capital, maximum temperatures will range between 27°C and 29°C; in the central and western highlands, between 23°C and 30°C.

In the Pacific regions, the forecast is for a partially cloudy environment alternating with little cloudiness, warm and humid, with an increase and development of cloudiness in the afternoon and night and the possibility of rain with electrical activity. The thermometer could read between 34°C and 36°C.
