In 2025, events PL Explains They called on dozens of subscribers to take a deeper look at issues of national interest, both in the political, economic and cultural spheres.

Nearly 20 virtual events were held, with more than 700 registrations and 400 people connected, on average. A response that confirms our audience’s interest in explanatory, in-depth content with the rigor that Prensa Libre offers.

2026 began with an exclusive breakfast event for subscribers. It brought together 60 people interested in the second-degree elections, and who had the opportunity to approach expert analysts on the subject and hear first-hand the details of the renewal process of the Public Ministry.

On April 16, a new virtual event gave hundreds of subscribers the opportunity to listen to the economist, expert on fiscal issues and Prensa Libre columnist, Óscar Chile Monroy, who in PL Explains talked about the changes in DeclaraGuate and the use of the Virtual Agency; important information for all taxpayers.

Again, on April 30, Free press opened its doors to a group of subscribers who got to know the Editorial Office, the Newspaper Library and the Printing Plant, three areas that form the heart of this publishing house. The guests also met and shared impressions with the editors of each section, also allowing themselves to learn the inside details of day-to-day life and how the news is made.
