In a space created for youth coexistence, the Youth Festival will offer various activities, competitions, music and gastronomy for young people and adolescents.
The activity, organized by the Municipality of Guatemala, will provide a space for attendees to share with friends and enjoy moments of healthy recreation in zone 2 of Guatemala City. For five hours, participants will be able to participate in competitions, demonstrations and sports activities.
For this edition, Muni Guate highlights in a statement that the festival will have three main protagonists: freestyle, K-pop and gaming. In addition, it will offer sports activities for fans of soccer, skateboarding and physical exercise.
Those who enjoy music, outdoor activities and time with friends will also be able to participate in a Sunset Party. The space will also have food areas. Here’s what you should know:

freestyle battle
One of the most notable events will be the freestyle battle, where young people will be able to participate and demonstrate their rhymes, creativity and talent in front of the public. One of the rules, as highlighted by Muni Guate, is the prohibition of the use of profanity; Those who fail to comply with this provision will be disqualified.
Kpop Random Dance
In a day of dance and music, lovers of Korean culture will be able to enjoy the K-pop Random Dance, which will commemorate the anniversary of BTS.
Gamer Tournament
The Gamer Tournament will offer participants the opportunity to compete against other players in various video games.
Physical sports
For those looking to enjoy movement and physical activity, this space will offer events such as five-a-side soccer tournament, skateboard competition, climbing wall, GOWS Gym on Wheels and other outdoor recreational activities.
