With an area of 1,110 m2, the new store presents a contemporary architectural concept, with an innovative three-dimensional steel structure, designed to cover large spaces without intermediate columns and provide greater spaciousness, flexibility and comfort. The combination of steel, concrete and glass reinforces an architecture that unites functionality, design and aesthetics, elevating the experience of visiting a San Martín store.
The decoration of the spaces was designed to enrich the route and reinforce the concept of the store. Murals inspired by space and constellations accompany the experience, while the children’s play area recreates a special atmosphere that invites you to imagine flying alongside an astronaut, turning each visit into a special moment for the whole family.
“At San Martín we believe that each new store represents much more than an expansion; it means getting closer to our customers with spaces designed to share with the family and enjoy a comprehensive experience within an innovative architecture. We are excited to open the doors of this new store in Calzada Roosevelt and continue growing together with Guatemala,” said Luis Daccarett, San Martín Project Manager.
Customers of this new San Martín Roosevelt Seminario store, number 85 of the company, will be able to enjoy the wide variety of products that characterizes San Martín: its renowned Euro-Latin bakery, handcrafted with sourdough and ancestral recipes for more than 35 years; an extensive selection of pastries; fresh products from the Market; an extensive restaurant menu; and drinks prepared with coffee roasted in the brand’s own roastery, guaranteeing quality in each cup.

The store also incorporates spaces designed to provide greater comfort to its customers, including a children’s play area, large waiting areas and the capacity to simultaneously serve 300 diners. In addition, it has 88 parking spaces and presents one of its main innovations: Auto Bread and Coffee, a service designed for those who want to enjoy the quality of San Martín quickly and conveniently, without getting out of their vehicle.
This new opening also represents an important contribution to the economic development of the country, by generating 112 direct jobs, of which 75% are occupied by women, reaffirming the company’s commitment to the generation of opportunities and the well-being of Guatemalan families.

“This store represents a new generation of San Martín stores, where quality, architecture, experience and innovation elevate the way the brand is enjoyed,” Daccarett concluded.
With this opening, San Martín reaffirms its commitment to continue creating spaces that bring people together around memorable experiences, maintaining its commitment to excellence, quality, innovation and the growth of Guatemala.
