Stone stressed that he decided to stop taking these medications, even though, according to what he said, they told him that he couldn’t do it. “They told me, ‘You can’t leave it. You’ll never be able to leave it.’ And I told them, ‘I’m going to leave it,'” he shared with Variety.

The process of stopping the stroke medication was complex, as he was “fatal” for four and a half months. He explained that his motivation was to get his life back and stop depending on medications.
“I had stopped most of the medications I had been prescribed over the years,” he said. However, it was in recent months that he decided to completely abandon treatment to fulfill his goal of living “a drug-free life.”
During that process she shared, “Once I quit that, I decided I was going to quit smoking marijuana,” which she explained made her feel sick for a month while she sought to stay drug-free.
