At the Huehuetenango Hospital, agents from Police Station 43 captured Godiri “N”, 27 years old.
The National Civil Police (PNC) reported this Monday, April 13, that the now detained man arrived to verify the health status of a family member in the Emergency area.
The PNC explained that, when hospital personnel told him that he could not enter, he appeared arrogant and threatened those who were there with a gun.
He added that he also threatened the PNC agent on duty at that hospital, for which he was immediately neutralized and captured.
“A pistol with four hoppers and 62 useful ammunition was seized from him, which he was carrying with his respective license,” the police report added.

In another case, in the Jutiapa men’s prison, police from Police Station 21 captured Mario “N”, 48, for the crime of extortion.
The now detained man was going to visit an inmate who has been detained since December 9, 2025 for the crime of aggravated robbery.
